PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

The Professional Development Portfolio will contribute to the growth and development of African Australian legal practitioners. We hope to build relationships with the AALN’s professional members to understand their needs, and translating that understanding into a suite of events, seminars and/or functions, including CPD events, which address identified networking and skill-development needs.

Please subscribe to the AALN to keep updated with developments to this portfolio.

AALN Inaugural Mentoring Program

In 2022, the AALN proposes to run its inaugural mentoring program which seeks to link its members who are law students and junior lawyers with more senior members of the profession, such that they can receive professional insights and connections.

The AALN has taken registrations and is in the process of preparing to launch the program. We will be in touch with registrants with an update shortly.
